Please keep in mind that there are prohibitions on the import of jewelry and wedding rings. We ask that you inquire about these issues within your country prior to purchase. Coverage of all import fees, customs, duties, and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Duties and Taxes are always invoiced to recipient, unless otherwise specifically indicated.

 

An order is official as soon as the customer has wired the total amount (shipping costs included) of the jewelry and/or photo prints ordered, either directly to Zhaawano's bank account or his PayPal account. Hereupon the customer will receive a payment confirmation by email and the jewelry or wedding rings will be shipped to him/her within the agreed delivery period.

 

Wedding ring and jewelry orders may take up 3 to 6 weeks because of the customization of the products; as a rule, the jewelry of your choice will be delivered within 5 or 6 weeks after the required payment has been received.

Delivery time of photo prints from the moment of payment is 2-3 weeks. Delivery times depend on your local postal service and may vary.

 

The ordered item(s) will be forwarded to your address by insured and registered mail; or you yourself may pick it up at the studio.

 

Although the average shipping time of jewelry is 3 to 6 weeks, your order may take longer from the shipping date to arrive due to serious illness (such as an accident leading to a serious injury and/or a serious handicap, or pandemic outbreaks such as Covid-19) or to an unexpected delay with the postal service and/or customs/Border Patrol of the recipient’s country being responsible for the actual delivery and/or handling/clearing. Both illness and an unexpected delay in the shipping process are regarded cases of Force Majeure, meaning: not reasonably foreseeable and also beyond Zhaawano's control. Force Majeure shall mean any shortcoming Zhaawano is not accountable for, because Zhaawano is not to blame and cannot be held responsible according to law, jurisdiction, or common views. If the Force Majeure event is merely temporary and the contract is capable of resumption at a later date, there will be no reimbursement as the contract has not been terminated and the obligations of both parties will resume once the Force Majeure event has ceased.

 

Shipment in the Netherlands: in case the jewelry is forwarded in the Netherlands postage costs of 27 Euro will be charged. The remainder of the price increased by the postal charges must be credited to Zhaawano's bank account or PayPal account or Wise account within 14 days of delivery. As for shipment of photo prints, the shipping costs are typically price included.

 

Shipment of jewelry to another country inside the EU: 37 Euro. As for shipment of photo prints, the shipping costs are typically price included.

 

Shipment of jewelry to a country outside the EU: approximately 110 USD or its equivalent in another currency. Shipping costs are usually price included when it comes to gold and platinum jewelry. As for shipment of photo prints, the shipping costs are typically price included.

One method of transferring money to Zhaawano's bank account is (international) bank-to-bank payment. It is safe and free of charges. 

 

Also, feel free to pay through PayPal. However, in order to cut the extremely high PayPal fees (6 to 8%), payment through the Wise platform is preferred. Sending money through Wise is a safe and simple process. Only those who send money are required to have an account on the Wise platform.
