Aaniin, greetings!

Pain and suffering are natural parts of life that everyone experiences at some point. During these challenging times, it's important to nurture ourselves to endure the pain. Holding an eagle feather, or if one isn't available, closing our eyes with tobacco in hand and envisioning the eagle's flight and the lightness of its feathers, can help alleviate the emotional pain in our hearts. This represents the purest form of love, comfort, and reflection. Remember that the spirits are with us when we maintain positive thoughts.
